CLEM tiles were used in this lululemon project at Chengdu Taikoo Li. The on-site photographs trace a sequence from a planted terrace to a glass-lined interior and a close view of the merchandise wall. C01 Original Red is confirmed among the CLEM materials selected for the project; the images document the wider space rather than identify the exact location of each CLEM tile.
A warm palette across the store
The interior is built around connected shades of clay, rust and soft red. Narrow rectangular floor tiles form a regular grid beneath red-toned display joinery. Recessed shelving brings bags into a brighter, cooler frame, while the curved ceiling and warm lighting soften the room's strong geometry. Through the glass, the same family of reds continues into the adjoining passage.
This is a useful reminder that a tile colour is read alongside everything near it. In the photographs, red surfaces sit next to timber-toned panels, glass, metallic display details and planted areas. Those neighbouring materials change how warm or muted the floor appears from one viewpoint to another.
From the retail interior to the courtyard
Full-height glazing gives a clear view between the interior and the passage. The walkway's red paving leads past a pale grey-ivory textured blockwork wall and raised planting. In the terrace view, woven seating, greenery and an open overhead grid create a quieter place within the same project. A lululemon sign on the wall identifies the setting without needing a staged product shot.
The photographs show several different floor treatments, including the red tiled areas and the plank-like terrace surface. They are described here as parts of the overall scheme; the photography alone does not establish which particular surface was supplied by CLEM.
C01 Original Red in context
C01 Original Red is one confirmed CLEM colour used on this project. The C01 product page describes a warm brick-red field with fine contrasting mineral flecks. That description makes it a relevant reference for the visible colour story, but colour in a finished photograph is affected by lighting, camera settings and surrounding materials. The project schedule or a retained sample is needed to identify the exact C01 installation zone, format and finish.
For a similar retail palette, review physical samples beside the intended joinery, grout and lighting before approving the final combination. The wide photographs are valuable because they show how a material reads across thresholds and at room scale, while the close view of the display wall shows how the same palette supports smaller details.
