How a project runs.
Production takes about 14 days for orders under 200 m² and about 3 weeks for larger orders. Quantities and delivery are confirmed for each order.

Do you sell to distributors and tile retailers?
Yes. CLEM supplies factory-direct from Foshan. Tell us your market, the type of customers you serve and the colours you are interested in, and we will discuss range, samples and terms.
Can you supply a multi-site brand rollout?
Tell us the number of sites, the product codes and finishes you are considering and your rollout schedule. Recording the exact code, format and finish lets every site re-order the same specification; we confirm colour tolerance and production planning per order.
How long does production take?
Production starts once the order is confirmed (for custom colours, once the deposit is received). Orders under 200 m² are typically produced in about 14 days; orders of 200 m² or more in about 3 weeks.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Foshan. As a guide, door-to-door sea freight adds about 4–7 weeks to Australia, 6–8 weeks to the UK, 3–5 weeks to the US West Coast and 5–8 weeks to the US East Coast, depending on the port, the routing and whether your order shares a container. We confirm timing with your quote.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for standard colours is 20 m². How that quantity can be split across several colours depends on the products, and we confirm it with your quote. Minimums for custom colours are quoted separately.
Do you make custom colours for trade customers?
Yes, custom colours are available on enquiry. They need a deposit before production starts; the amount is confirmed with your quote. How to brief a custom tile colour.
